At PetStore Direct, all orders over $199 are shipped FREE within the continental United States (no code necessary – large equipment not included) PLUS any orders under $199 within Florida qualify for $9.99 flat shipping! Orders ship out from our warehouse within 2 business days, but most orders that come in by 2:00pm ET are shipped on the same day! See below map for estimated domestic transit times.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $199. Please note Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and countries outside of the US are excluded from free shipping due to shipping cost constraints. Also, heavy equipment, including grooming tables, tubs and cages, is excluded from free shipping.

My order is under $199, how much will it cost to ship?

Shipping cost is calculated by shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx and UPS) based on items weight, dimensions and delivery zip code. We ship from our warehouse in West Palm Beach, Florida. Free shipping is applied on orders over $250 (see exclusions applied above)

Which carrier do you use to ship?

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If you qualified for free shipping, we will pick a carrier of our choice, typically FedEx or UPS. If you have a preference, please type a note in your order comments and/or feel free to reach out to our customer service, we will do our best to accommodate your request. You can also choose to pay for the carrier of your choice.

How much is equipment shipping?

Once you place an equipment order we will contact freight forwarders to get the best real-time quote for shipping your equipment which will depend on weight, dimensions, your location, and whether it’s a business or residential delivery (additional fees are applied by carriers for residential addresses). Why does my order require signature at delivery?

High value orders, including those that contain clippers, may require signature at delivery. Please choose a shipping address that will allow you to sign for a package during the day. Call or text customer service at (561) 437-3733 if you have any questions.

Can I place an order online and pick up at your West Palm Beach showroom?

Yes! Please call (561) 437-3733 to ensure your order is ready for pick up.

Can somebody else pick up my order at the showroom?

Yes, please call (561) 427-3733 to coordinate the pick up.

Can I arrange my own shipping?

You can arrange shipping if you are shipping a pallet but typically our rates from freight forwarders will be better than what you can obtain as an individual. Please call our customer service at (561) 437-3733 with any questions.

Can I pay for shipping insurance?

We highly recommend choosing Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Although it is optional, it will ensure hassle-free product replacement if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Can I ship internationally via USPS?

We do not ship international orders via government mail as it is not secure because of the differences in quality of government mail in other countries. FedEx international shipping rates will calculate at checkout.
