Hi Windy! If you, go to the brand's site and on the loop page, there is a link to a short video explaining how to adjust the stainless slider. Basically, take a pair of pliers and squeeze on the wide side to tighten, the thin side to loosen.
They don’t stay tight around dogs neck. I wish that lleve locked somehow. I dogs just skip their heads right out.
