Note: Use Heiniger clipper oil to lubricate the Heiniger Saphir clipper head before and during every use. This will prevent overheating of the clipper and will increase the lifetime of the clipper and clipper blades. I know people say they think these are slow - but I’m not a power groomer so I feel like these are perfect for me. I get them serviced by my sharpener 2-4 times a year depending on how beat up the drive is but if you know how to do it yourself, even better. I’ve never had an issue with them, and do doodles on doodles. I do about 4-7 dogs a day.
My only complaint is that they’re really heavy.
