I’ve tried the Big G and the Artero flexible slicker for detangling only to be dissatisfied. The Big G removed coat but did not move smoothly through my Shih Tzu’s thick, fine coat. The Artero flexible slicker moved smoothly, but did not penetrate or remove coat. This is the perfect combination of both brushes’ strengths. It easily removes undercoat and moves smoothly through the coat. The flexibility is perfect. Additionally, my dog enjoys brushing from both sides of the brush because the teeth are not abrasive. My dog loves the brush, and so do I.
